Take 5 Oil Change

Excellent experience from start to finish. I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance, and I was very satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent: the staff was friendly, respectful, and always willing to answer any questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently, using high-quality products and clearly explaining what maintenance was being performed on the car and why it was necessary. It's clear that they are experienced professionals who are committed to their work. This is definitely a workshop you can trust. I highly recommend this place for oil changes and general maintenance. I will definitely return for future services.

I went in for an oil change, and the oil service itself was great. Unfortunately, the customer service from the techs working that day was not. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d rate it a 1. Every time I declined an additional service, filters, wipers, etc. The tech made faces and showed clear frustration. Sometimes people come in just for an oil change, and that should be respected. With the current economy, not everyone can afford add-ons, or they may choose to get those items elsewhere for a better price. The attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. On top of that, my oil service life was not reset, and I wasn’t given a new oil change sticker for my windshield both of which have always been offered during past visits. Don't take your vehicle here especially if you have a european diseal car. It is a bunch kids running the shop who have no automotive ,customer service , or professional experience. The biggest mistake was when one of the techs overcharged my card. Instead of $134 , he charged my card $1,134. I was made aware of this the next day when my bank account was overdrawn.Furthermore, one of the techs stated synthetic mobile 1 oil was european approved when in fact it is not 507.00 approved for diseal VW vehicles. ESP mobile 1 synthetic oil is the ONLY product approved by mobile 1 which take 5 doesn't carry. My visit was very professional. I had a bad experience 6 years ago at this same location. Saturday I battled with giving them a second chance. From the time I ran over the bell, I was greeted, asked what I needed and was asked to line up. Ro and Angel were the technicians. They explained everything to me about the oil change, cabin & oil filters, ( which were very old & extremely filthy). They topped off the fluids and check the air in my tires. I was extremely satisfied with the total experience. I will use them as my regular oil change facility. Ivey

Check engine light came on. Onstar said it was coolant related. I drove to Take 5 to check my coolant and engine codes. They did both, advised me and serviced the air in my tires. I left with peace of mind and since I already had an appointment with GM, I continued on my trip. They didn't charge me for their help and were very professional. I will be a customer for life.
