Had a wonderful experience at AVIS Bridgewater! Jeff was extremely helpful, I had free upgrade, he suggested me to go with mini van, which made moving so much easier. Great customer service — I definitely recommend this AVIS location.

This is such harassment. We had an early morning flight from JFK. So we reserved a car to pick up at 5pm the previous day. The payment and everything was all done. But when we went to pick up the car, the avis shops are all closed, this one and nearby. Not sure how they even allow us to reserve a car to pick up when the shops are closed. We have an infant with us and live in the suburbs so getting an uber so early in the morning is really difficult. They really have to change the website. We could have just picked the car an hour before if we knew. just unacceptable.

My Dad’s a huge Mustang fan. For his birthday I wanted to do something special. I couldn’t afford to buy him one but I did see a local Avis had muscle car rentals, either a Mustang or Camaro. I called to book one of the cars the weekend before his birthday, asking if possible to reserve the Mustang. I knew that even a weekend with one driving around locally will provide a great experience. When I arrived to pick up the car I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a brand new Mustang GT. It couldn’t have been a better car for my Dad to drive. The staff throughout the process were all very friendly, made the rental incredibly simple, and provided great deals which allowed me to give my Dad the best (affordable) birthday I could’ve this year.
