When I scheduled, I advised them I had a doctor’s appointment (an hour from home) in the morning so I would have to have an afternoon appointment to have my windshield replaced. Scheduler assured me that was not a problem. At 8am the day of (nearly 2 weeks later), I received a call from the service technician. He was very rude and essentially told me that I’d have to reschedule if I couldn’t be home by 12pm. After waiting nearly 2 weeks, I wasn’t too thrilled about having to drive my car around any longer with a broken windshield. I ended up rescheduling my doctor’s appointment. The technician left cigarette butts in my driveway and my car was filthy. The cloth headliner down the sides along the windshield is stained with dirty fingerprints and my dashboard is scratched and covered in dirt

Despite the bad comments, my experience was good had a defective windshield the girls in the office kept me informed on when it was coming in to replace again and the installer was very professional thanks guys !

Insurance required me to go to this installer. I had never heard of them prior to this; now I know why. After making my appointment, the installer came out and told me that they could not install the windshield on my Saturn Vue on-site, it had to be done in the shop. So I make another appointment. Two weeks later, my car goes into their shop for a new windshield, comes out 1 day later with what appears to be a shiny new windshield. The only problem is that is is not the correct windshield for my Saturn Vue; there is wind noise howling around the edges from a poor seal. (turns out the window is too small) New appointment to exchange window. Again, drop off, exchange window, pick up one day later. Same problem. Called insurance let them know about the problem. Brian with Avizion (Lex) did an outstanding job for our claim. He was patient, courteous and knowledgeable about the repair. We have used Avizion 3 times in the past 3 years and i couldnt be more happy with their service and professionalism....and quality!

I work third so not having to take my car anywhere was very nice. They came to me and Brandon had the new windshield installed when I got up. No issues at all.
