The staff was incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just rushing me through the process. They took the time to explain what was being done, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel completely confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. What a great experience! Highly recommend! I had my truck serviced here recently and I cannot say enough good things. They checked my truck out, provided me with estimates for services needed. I had them perform an oil change, change the oil pan gasket and fix a broke off bolt on my manifold. I dropped the truck off over the weekend and when i picked it up, everything was completed to my satisfaction. Their quoted price was honored and they even gave me a present when leaving. I will absolutely be back!

My transmission went out in my Yukon. I decided against going to my normal mechanic and decided to give this shop a try due to the great reviews. They worked with my warranty company to get my transmission replaced in 2 days!! What a turnaround time. The team was nice and even gave me a gift of 2 pint glasses in honor of America’s 250th birthday. Fast forward to today 2/15 and the new transmission is out again. I had to have it towed on Valentine’s Day what a gift to me lol. Anyway it is backed by their 3 year 100k mile warranty so I’m not stressing. Also things made by man are prone to defects so I’m not one bit upset. I had taken my vehicle to a few transmission shops including the dealership and found that I was treated as a valued customer here. I felt like I was NOT being lied to it taken advantage of and the work was completed in a reasonable time frame. Mike, he took things to the finish line with my vehicle completing required drive patterns in an attempt to clear out a permanent code which brought me hear in the first place. These type of codes can not be cleared by scan tools. In addition to this there was an issue with my electronic throttle body which was addressed and Mike was able to educate me on the reasons why the installed throttle body was causing problems. He installed the original OEM part which I had already cleaned up to resolve specific active DTC and so far so good. I was high

While driving back from Florida, we had some transmission trouble and googled and this place came up. It was the absolute best experience We could have an imagined. Samantha at the front desk was the most helpful possible. They were fast, courteous, and they really know how to take care of their people, I highly recommend this place at any time.
