I had an issue with a vehicle I purchased from the Cold Springs location. I ended up contacting the Florence location and was put in touch with Mike. He listened to my issue and immediately addressed the problem. Mike was great in every way. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and genuine concern that I, as a customer and law enforcement officer, was taken care of and treated with respect. Thank you Mike. I wish I could give 10 stars. Richard was a pleasure to deal with. No bs, very personable, very honest, unbeatable deal compared to other dealers. Car was priced perfectly with minimal repairs needed and it was made clear no hiding anything. Definitely will be doing business here again. It's hard to find a truly locally owned dealer to deal with. But I found it here!

I received a great deal at Nky Auto in Florence. I purchased my Lexus a year ago. There were a couple issues that Richard in sales & Joe in maintenance took care of right away. Mike in maintenance also makes customers feel welcome. Even after a year the great service keeps going. I was called recently to come on for a one year of ownership free oil change & complete inspection. Joe the mechanic is outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, helpful & always willing to help. I was even provided a loaner car while my free work was being accomplished. This is NOT your typical used car lot. I plan on purchasing my grandson's car here. Great Job. By the way, im Mrs. JONES!!
