AYT / Tommys Auto Clinic of Upper Marlboro

This place is completely unprofessional. They kept my car and never called to tell me it was ready. I found out by calling and them telling me that the shop had already closed. Then when I do get there they taunt me about prices, warranties, and access to my vehicle. Lastly, they overcharged me for the work. If you are looking for a professional service with great prices and wonderful customer service THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!

I was driving home from work when my tire pressure light suddenly came on. I stopped to add air and discovered a large bolt stuck in my tire. I immediately panicked, especially since I had a trip planned early the next morning. I pulled into AYT Auto around 4:35pm right before closing and they welcomed me in without hesitation. Even though they close at 5:00pm, the team took care of my tire right away and had it fixed before closing. They were truly lifesavers! Everyone there was friendly, polite and helpful. I'm so grateful for their quick service and kindness during a stressful moment. I highly recommend AYT Auto for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond.

So i came in for a Maryland State Inspection, and the manager Henry was nice. There was a young asian man with tattoos, he seemed new to the job so i decided to give him a break, he was very helpful and straight forward. The other guy was very rude, ignored me and was playing games on his tablet the whole time. The service was okay overall

Broke down and AAA recommended to be towed here. The people her are fantastic. Customer service was outstanding. They went over everything I needed or could wait and let me make the decision of what to fix. The mechanic went over the repairs with me before they closed everything up. Highly recommend this place!

AYT Auto Clinic gave me top notch service when I got two separate vehicles inspected there. I will continue to use them for my automotive mechanical needs.
