Saw an ad on Craigslist for a car I wanted to look at. Drove the address listed in the Craigslist ad(Cave Creek), but couldn't find the place. Called the number in the ad and talked to Guy. He told me that they haven't been at that address in 5 years, so I asked why they are still advertising cars at this address. He told me if I looker deeper into that ad I would see that the car is in Prescott. I told him I'm currently looking at the ad and nowhere does it say it's in Prescott, 2 places it says Cave Creek. Guy snaps back at me then hangs up on me. Horribly rude to customers and false advertising. I posted pictures of the ad to show that nowhere does it say Prescott and it clearly says Cave Creek in the title and the address listed.

I bought a car from Guy two months ago and over the weekend finished adding my own 10,000 miles to the odometer . I wanted to wait to leave a review until I was sure the car ran as good as it looked (it was priced so much lower than other Hyundai Genesis's I thought it might have problems). The only thing I have had to do is an oil change, the car is pristine. Every single thing was as advertised, even the flaws. The car has been a great decision and Guy was exceptional. On a personal note I want to thank Guy, due to inclement weather he put me up in a hotel for the night since a rare snowstorm had made the road home dangerous.
