I had a dead rodent in ventilation system of my EV. Dealership wanted $199 just to diagnose. I called B&B and they took care of it along with unexpected disinfection of the parts to prevent any diseases that maybe be with the dead rodent. Such awesome service and pricing (all in was less than the diag fee)

B & B has always been a tride, true and honest place of business is what my Dad always said when he was still here. The service myself and husband have received from B & B is always top tier! The entire staff is always willing, friendly and kind - however there is one guy in particular who works there and that is Cody; he has ALWAYS been a man with an answer, kind, honest, helpful, informative and above all else just nice. We will never take our vehicles to another place as long as Cody is here and the work is quality. So thankful for this gem right here in my hometown McHenry!

Had to use there tow.. My transmission limp mode Use the tow had transported my car to point A to Point b. . Miracle he saw my fueling out from garage.. To his tow car.. Now car broken radiator, pulled cut out brake hose ..good job B&B auto. Ill complain about my insurance provider also. To let them how you did to my car.

Very honest people, fix any mistakes they make without charging extra. Prices are very reasonable and they are all very nice. I will not use anyone else for my car.
