The communication and service was exceptional at B&B. Scheduling an appointment was easy and flexible. The office coordinator was very helpful and easy to work with. My vehicle situation and transportation was somewhat complex and circumstantial for the servicing appointment, yet they were very accommodating and pleasant. The location was easy to find and the shop is clean and organized. The mechanic was great and very personable. He made sure all my questions were answered about the installation I had done and was very knowledgeable. My vehicle is operating as expected following my servicing/maintenance appointment and I would highly recommend this auto shop!

Owners are great! Can’t speak highly enough about them! Professional, great customer service, quick turnaround time. Never tries to sell you things you don’t need. Brad is super knowledgeable! I’ll be taking all my vehicles here from now on and will have a peace of mind that my vehicles are being respected and in good hands.

Has always been able put me on the schedule in a timely manner, takes time to properly diagnose issues and doesnt just throw parts at issues. Both the office personal and the mechanic ive spoken to are amazing to work with and talk to. They been able to assist me with a magnitude of issues across multiple vehicles. Have recommended several people here and they've had the same service. Will continue to recommended this shop for any of mine or others automotive needs.

B & B Auto Works helped me immensely today!! I needed to get my SmartStart interlock calibrated and my regular place was unavailable. I called B&B and they got me in 20 minutes after I called! I am super grateful that they were available and willing to help me! I will be going here in the future for all of my interlock needs!! I cannot stress enough how much they helped me today! great staff, friendly and honest. have fair cost, will take all my vehicles there for service. give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
