B & B Discount Tires

We wanted to surprise my sister with a new tire so we went to B&B Discount Tires. What a mistake this has been. They sold us a “new” tire. As soon as we got on the interstate and got up to 60 miles an hour our vehicle started shaking, so we took it back to B&B! This is where the real nightmare begins. Long story short, they took the new tire off, put a used tire on, We paid $60 for the new tire when I ask if they were going to give me a refund or make the difference up from new to a used one, He said yeah, I’ll give you $10 back! Do not do business with these people. That’s just a warning for me to you

Everytime iv came so far the owner is always polite and welcoming and his employees are just as nice and professional, I can't say one negative word about any time iv been there. They sold us a new tire for $60! As soon as I got on the interstate and hit 60 miles an hour, the vehicle started shaking badly. I took it back to B&B tire long story short they took it off put a used one on and I asked where they’re going to give me any money back because I gotta use Tire. The owner said I’ll give you $10 back. So I just paid $50 for a used tire and spent over half a day deal dealing with these people. If I could give it a zero I would.

They, put the wrong size tire on my car. It was supposed to be a 215/60/r16 and they put a 205/60/16 on their. And when I went to explain what I wanted the man said I was confusing him of what I wanted when I clearly stated I wanted either a 215/55/r16 or a 215/60/r16 so I could go to the tire shop and finish getting my tires by Jasper car sales. Thankfully, them guys up there noticed before charging me for a tire cause of b & b tires.

A great used tire store. I have a unique sizing on my tires and they were able to accommodate me. I purchased two used tires in excellent condition for $100. The entire visit maybe took 30 minutes, and was well worth the drive to Jasper.
