B-B Garage

I have had a few things done with BB garage in Helena. What I noticed was the honest feed back that I received from Tyler. Which makes me comfortable when It comes to the price that is being charged. Other shops that I have used, you just have to hope they are not over charging you. I don't have to worry at all that they are going to feed me a bunch of crap on made up stuff that needs fixed. I will be continuing to use them, BECAUSE I trust them 100%. Never have I had that luxury with other shops.

I had a great experience with Tyler! I was told by another facility there was a bigger more expensive issue with my van so I had been putting off the repair. I saw a recommendation for BB Garage & reached out. He was great to work with from beginning to end, very responsive. He did great work & super efficient! It can be difficult to find a mechanic you can really trust and Tyler is one of those rare guys! He's knowledgeable & does a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

We are foreigners on a road trip through Montana and had an engine breakdown on Labor Day. Tyler went above and beyond, driving an hour out towards Missoula to help us and get the problem fixed, even though it was a holiday. His dedication and professionalism were outstanding, and without him our trip could have ended right there. We also called him a couple of times afterwards to figure out how to continue, and he patiently guided us through each step. Meeting Tyler and his wife was a wonderful experience, as they treated us with genuine warmth and kindness. He is the example of a true welcoming and helpful Montanan, and we are deeply grateful for everything he did. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful situation turned into a story of help, generosity, and our trip being saved.
