An older friend of mine had these guys pick up his mower to simply service it. They replaced a head gasket. When they dropped it off after the service it was blowing smoke excessively. He contacted them and they told him they would come take a look at it. After numerous calls, no showing twice, they ignored his calls and voicemails. Upon inspection, they put about one quart to much oil in the mower. They more than likely thought the head gasket was bad due to the smoke. I'm no mechanic but if they cannot even get the right amount of oil in the mower they won't be around long. Really irritating when older folks are taken advantage of.

I had a great experience w/ B&D Small Engine Repair. They were upfront with me from the beginning about everything. No surprises. They fixed my mower that I was concerned was not fixable, so kudo's to these skilled guys!

Not reliable, said he well fix my mower but kept rescheduling and rescheduling could not keep the time or do the job
