Rusty Drewing Collision

I took my FJ Cruiser in for some TLC. It needed a new windshield and top window trim. Ryan was great to work with, suggesting the best options based on price and quality. The work was top notch, quick, and a lower price than I was expecting! All around good work and great customer service. He even went above and beyond when we a minor, unrelated issue come up a couple of days later to make sure we were well taken care of. We’ve used them before, and we’ll definitely be back again!

I wanted to switch out some pieces on my Yukon and Adam and his team took amazing care of me! They were fast communicators AND problem solvers. I was sent two left side pieces and Adam was able to get the right part within a day. I love how my car turned out! Thank you so much team!

I will be taking every car I own to Rusty Drewing Collision Center. If in ten years I’m living in Maine, and I hit a deer, I will without any hesitation find a way to get my car to Rusty Drewing for the repair. Once you find a place you trust and does this level of work (see pics), why would you go anywhere else?

Jarad Hinson went above and beyond assisting us with a difficult insurance company to make sure my son's car was repaired properly. My son attends college and his car was hit by an intoxicated individual while it was parked outside the house he rents. The individuals insurance was with Viking and they tried to tell us that since the car had 27,000 miles on it and the replacementparts and tires would be new, we would need to pay a percentage of the cost since the parts they are replacing had 27,000 miles on them. Something called Betterment (Don't accept what they offer) They also tried to make Drewing Collision purchase inferior parts and argued about every charge. From the first drop off day to the final pick up day, I felt at ease that my car "Lilly Rose" was being repaired and taken care of. I received text messages keeping me up to date and the personal touch of talking to someone whenever I had questions. Adam began this journey with estimates and followed up with a final phone call the day after I picked up my car to check on my satisfaction. Thank you, Adam!
