I’ve had to use this auto body shop twice now once when someone hit my driver’s side and most recently after I hit a deer and both times they’ve been absolutely outstanding. Dan’s communication is always clear, he gives honest timelines, and he kept me updated through every step of the repairs. The quality of their work is incredible; my car looked brand new after each visit, like nothing had ever happened. They’re professional, friendly, and genuinely make a stressful situation much easier. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I took my car to Lutz's for dent repair, a new mirror, and scratches. Dan was very communicative and extremely helpful throughout the whole process from working with insurance, ordering parts, and scheduling. Dan worked around my schedule and was very flexible with timing. My car was finished in a quick amount of time and looked brand new! Dan is awesome to deal with! My son hit a deer a few weeks back so I called Dan. I have not used them before but i know a bunch of people that have. All we kept hearing was how great they are! Our experience was exactly what everyone is saying: Got us in immediately, 5*** customer service keeping us informed throughout the entire process, nice clean shop, repairs made are flawless , & they even detailed his truck inside & out! Its pretty nice when you can drop your truck off and not have to worry about anything until its completed.Now that we have used them I would 100% recommend to all my family & friends!

I took my new vehicle to Lutz’s Auto for a small scratch repair after every other body shop told me the entire section needed to be repainted—at a huge cost. Dan was honest and straightforward, offering to fix just the scratch for a fraction of the price. While looking over the car, he also discovered prior damage that the dealer had tried to cover up. Thanks to Dan’s thoroughness, the dealer is now properly fixing everything. I never would have known about the hidden damage without him.
