I purchased 4pcs. DOFOCH motor mounts and 2 inner tire rods and took it to mechanic for installation. My SUV was brought in for service immediately and consulted with mechanics about work needed. I left my vehicle there and picked it up the next day. I was told the 4pcs motor mounts could not be installed because the subframe was rusted and did not have proper cushioning and that only 2 of the 4 could be replaced and that tire rods would be replaced. When I picked up my vehicle all 4pcs of motor mounts parts were returned and only the 2 tire rods were replaced. They charged me $350 for installment of 2 inner tire rods even though I went with my own parts. This business is dishonest and lacks integrity. Lesson learned and I hope no one gets scammed like this. This was an unfortunate experie

I have been a customer at this establishment for a very long time. I chose this mechanic because I believed that the owner would be honest for the most part when it comes to his business ethics. Apparently, I discovered later on that the owner has been charging a card fee without notifying me first beforehand. After confronting this issue, he then stated what the particular fee was about which in turn was the card fee (3%). Not only was he attempting to be deceitful, he even managed to charge the incorrect amount based on his fee. I am fine with a business charging a card fee; however, they should always notify the customer first before charging them. It would also be helpful that an owner would be able to do basic mathematics on determining the actual fee rather than estimating and roundi

These guys are amazing. This is a Father and Son business. They are super knowledgeable and really value the customer. I have been using them for a couple of years now. You wont go wrong with them. There still is a mechanic shop you can trust not to rip you off and fix your car the right way and these guys are it

Do not waste your time with this mechanic! He told me that my car needed a timing belt replacement which they charged me $750 for and when I got my car back I asked where the old parts are because I want them back and they changed the subject and started to try to point out other stuff that was “wrong” with my car that were never wrong! On top of all of this they also charged me $300 for a timing belt kit that was never purchased or ordered. I will be filing a lawsuit and they will be paying me back my $1400 that I spent with them

Absolutely amazing service! My check engine, ABS, and traction control light came on en route to a wedding and Benny and his son made sure we could get the car back on the road and get to the wedding. Very kind people!
