BUYER BEWARE! You would think that a car dealership would understand the basics of how a car works and how to appropriately fill out the paperwork to get the car registered in my name, but that would be an incorrect assumption for this dealership. First red flag was when I went to test drive the car. The car had tons of empty red bull cans scattered throughout the car and various articles of clothing. It was clear someone was using the car daily and when I asked about it I was told the car was being "loaned" to a buddy. I chose to look past this because I had been looking for one of these cars for a while the price point was better than other cars on the market. I don't know if it was incompetence or blatant lying, but either way the car I purchased from them was not in the shape it was ad

Either incompetent or fraudulent. Either way, do not give them your service. Did not disclose everything wrong with the vehicle despite it being present in the listing pictures. Assured we would be “taken care of” but then when contacted again, we were told that this is just the nature of used cars, and that basically we were out of luck. Both Brett and the “mechanic” couched for the quality of the vehicle, but it ended up being in very poor condition. Extremely disappointed. Brett is more concerned about reviews than about offering good service to his customers. We were told to not just “hop online and give a one star review”

Drove 45 minutes and then waited an hour for my appointment. Then when I told him I was planning to buy a car in the next couple of weeks, he wouldn't let me test drive it because it would be wasting gas. Told me to come back the day I was ready to purchase. What a waste of time.

Brett talked a good game, what I mean is I was talked into purchasing a 2000 Escalade at first it didn't pass the missions to the third time, then vehicle stopped in drive only goes In reverse, I spoke with him about trying to get it refinanced or switched out with a different vehicle and he refused more than one time, I've been on foot more than a month , don't recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place , where B Quality stands for Bad Quality.... Place should be called lemons for sale.

Brett has been very helpful. I have not been easiest customer and Brett has been patient, good response time, and overall service has been great! I recently bought a car from there and Brett has been doing everything he can to make sure I'm happy with my purchase! I would definitely recommend them for purchasing a vehicle!
