Fantastic customer service. The woman calling for updates was informative and professional. Quick and easy process. Great team. When I went to pick up my truck the gentleman closing up pulled it from around back (moved to plow slow) so I didn't have to walk through the slush and I really appreciated that. B and R auto has been my family’s place to go to for years. Over 30 years I’d say. This is the second engine they put in for me. I can honestly say that I only trust them to work on my vehicles. They don’t try to up the prices either. They are pretty fair and reasonable. They work extremely hard to get your car back on the road for you. My engine needed to be replaced and they found one that had extremely low miles at a very reasonable price. I can’t even tell you how happy i am to have my car back and running. Thank you B and R for all that you do. I needed to come make an edit because after i got my car back after having a new engine put in the mother board went out and my car lost power steering and many other functions. Staff are friendly, professional, and work is very affordable. They took great care of me and my vehicle AND they were very timely! They showed me the new part before installing and gave me a rundown of any extra needed work that they found before moving forward. I've only had a handful of great experiences with car repair and they are top 2 if not number 1. Would recommend highly. Thank you Becky, Art, and Ben!
