B Street Collision of Lincoln

I took my car in for damage to front bumper.. got lowest of 4 bids from B Street north on Superior Street .. Had heard many good things from other people so that's why I chose them. Very nice people who work there. Was informed daily via phone or text..or both about status of repair. When I picked up my car, it was good as new.. literally ! AND it had been detail cleaned inside and out! What great customer service from all who work there! 10 out of 10 for all! Highly recommend them.

I enjoyed working with Nate. He was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the repairs. Ayana was great also. If I had any questions, she was there to answer them for me, as Nate was also. I got a text from when the repairs started to when my car was finished. They even offered to let me leave my rental there and they would take care of it for me. My car looks great! Thank you so very much!

Everyone at this location and the location in Omaha were fantastic. They completed the work an entire week ahead of schedule and were able to accommodate me at the last minute when it was an emergency. They were all professional and kind and I don't think I'll ever work with anybody else!

As soon as I walked into B Street with my issue on my truck, there were more than helpful, plenty of communication and very helpful all the way through the process, even with the rental car I didn’t have to deal with anything. Had my new truck for two days and someone hit me. Had a great experience with B Street Collision. They kept me updated on process and timing of completion. With amount of damage, got my truck back in very short timeframe.
