I purchased an Audi Q3 from B Town back in July and I've been having so much fun with this car, I haven't had time to write a review. Now that things have slowed down for me, I finally have time to share my thoughts. My first interaction with anyone at B Town Motors was with Kevin, an employee who set me up with a test drive. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and it’s quite apparent proud of the work he does and who he works for.  Secondly, your shop was spotless though Kevin said the floor was a bit dirtier than usual.  Nonetheless, I was impressed with it and told him that it just shows how much one cares for their business and their customers. A few days later, I began communicating with the owner, Karol who was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond getting the car ready

They took the time to accurately diagnose the problem, had fair prices, and quickly repaired it. I'd go back! Thank you for getting my car fixed and running great!

Great used car buying experience - the best I have had. Karol was great to work with from start to finish. The vehicles on his lot are all high quality and priced fairly. Karol is great to deal with and is very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. He is not a high pressure person at all and gave my great advice regarding a vehicle that I was considering trading in. You can tell he takes great pride in his vehicles and facilities as they are immaculate. Karol is a refreshing change from the normal used car dealership. I highly recommend that you consider Btown Motors for any current or future new car purchases. I wish I had discovered this gem years ago.

Walked in thinking we were not going to be able to get anything as we needed the car immediately due to our previous car failing to work. Walked out with a beautiful car and 175 bucks a month for 60 months. We have bad credit but he was very helpful in finding a fit for us. Friendly, honest, and affordable.

Bought a Nissan Titan from them and it wouldn’t pass a nys inspect when I got it home because the brake pads, rotors and brake calipers were shot. Other problems were the front end links were bad as well as the lower ball joints causing an extremely loud creaking about a week after the purchase. I bought the truck on a really cold day so when I tested the ac it was hard to tell but it seemed fine and as the weather is getting warmer I find out the ac compressor is not functioning. I paid top dollar for this vehicle thinking it was in good shape from a reputable dealer but I was wrong, I would strongly advise keeping your distance from them. Crooks.
