They are always efficient and professional in getting the inspections done. No problems over the past 2 years I have been taking our 2 cars to them for their yearly inspection. Very pleased with the way they operate the business. Friendly technicians and no wasted time. Instructions posted on the garage doors. Hardly ever any wait but even if there are cars in front of you, the line moves fast.

Was absolutely dreading getting an end of the month car inspection, but was delightfully surprised by virtually no wait and super friendly technicians. This garage has two drive in bays and an area in the enclosed garage where you can sit and wait for the inspection process to be completed. I will absolutely be back and favorite over other experiences I have had. Highly recommend.

Pretty useless as a mechanic shop, they failed my car and proceeded to tell me off when I asked what exactly what wrong. "Check the paper we gave you" they said. "Wheel has side to side play" is what the paper says. Really appreciate all your help! Also missed the jack point when trying to jack my car up, but proceeded to flatly deny what I saw with my own eyes when I asked them about it. -Update- the issue was that NOTHING was explained to me when I asked why it failed. And I never got hostile in any way. I would love to re-watch security footage with you to confirm that.

I usually go to Quabbin Service Center to get my inspection sticker but they had a sign that they currently aren't doing inspection stickers, so I called and went here. Service was very efficient, friendly people, and got in and out in under 10 minutes on a Saturday morning.

Just brought my car in for my annual Mass State inspection. First time visiting. I will definitely be back! I arrived just before noon and was on the road again by 12:15. The fact that they have 2 active bays going at once with multiple people working each bay helped reduce any wait time. They were all very nice and there is a comfy bench to sit on while you wait for inspection. Can't ask for anything more!
