Westover Auto Salvage

These guys are awesome. I needed a headlight for my wife’s 2023 Subaru crosstrek because she went off the road trying to avoid a dear. I am currently waiting on parts to come in the mail to fix our other vehicle, therefore I needed to get her car back on the road ASAP. Westover Auto Salvage didn’t have a headlight for me BUT they found one down in Connecticut so they sent a parts runner to go and grab it. They had the headlight for me ready to be picked up THAT SAME DAY! Talk about excellent customer service! Not only that, they sold me the light for a very reasonable price too. I was able to get the car back on the road that night. Thanks guys! Here are some before and after photos of the broken headlight and the one they sold me.

Very good junk yard. staff that helped me is great called for a sun visor for my Camry they looked it up found the part and I asked a couple questions about the part they went to the parts car showed me photos and verified the fitment and it fits perfect and updated me on the shipment to my area and it was packaged well. They answered all my questions and concerns wonderful service looking for next time for parts.

Extremely pleased with the friendly staff and overall transaction. Prices were great. I called them at 2pm on a Wednesday and had the part by noon the following day. No express shipping was requested either. I’m in upstate NY as well. I will definitely be calling them again. Thanks again!!!!!

Scam Stay away from them .​ I had a terrible experience with this salvage yard. I ordered a specific part based on the description and photos they provided on a third-party platform. When the part arrived, it was completely wrong and didn't match what was advertised. ​Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, their customer service team has been completely uncooperative. They are trying to shift the blame onto the third-party platform rather than honoring their own listing description. They refuse to accept a return or provide a refund, and they have stopped cooperating entirely. ​Save yourself the headache and the money—buy from a yard that actually stands behind what they sell. Unprofessional and dishonest
