We have brought many cars here over the years and they have always been fair, honest and kind. They have gone above and beyond many times for my young daughter, and they have gained lifelong customers in us because of it. So wonderful that we have a resource like them locally. Very reasonably priced and fair.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for over 5 years now and we won't go anywhere else. The staff are friendly, the owner, Mark, is so nice and they always do everything they can to diagnose and fix a vehicle (or be honest and recommend you get a new one if you can). I also just learned that they do a full check over of your vehicle when they do oil changes, so I will be seeing them even more now, even though they are a bit of a distance for us. They are worth the drive! Highly recommend!

We've been taking our vehicles to B Towne Auto for years now. Every single experience from Jana, Mark and the rest of the team has been nothing short of extraordinary. My wife and I had a brake job completed about a year ago, and really every experience with this shop has been nothing short of superb. Our biggest issue lately came when my daughter brought her often-troubled Mini Cooper there and Jana went out of her way to offer support and guidance with how to handle a recall with the Mini dealership 45 minutes away. Because of her expertise and diligence, my daughter was able to get everything situated on her car without the dealership trying to charge her for other things.
