Winston and his crew always do a great job with our cars. I never feel talked down to or scammed as a woman in his shop. B&W is an honest and reliable auto shop and I highly recommend them! They always go above and beyond taking care of their clients. They make us feel like family.

Winston, the gentleman that owns and operates this shop is as honest as they come. He's had several opportunities to up sell me or rip me off completely but he did not. Once I thought I had a blown steering rack seal but it was a loose hose fitting. What I thought would be $500-$700 was nothing. My dad thought he needed brakes on his truck, I suggested B&W. Instead of sticking my dad for a brake job Winston said they only needed brake dust cleaned off to shop the squealing. I have several other examples from other people who have had similar experiences. Its the ONLY shop I'll use in Jefferson City.

Honest. Reliable. Affordable. Excellent service. They replaced an axle and wheel bearing assembly on our trailer. Not only did they do the work, they advised us who to use to get it there and worked with us to be available when we could drop it off and pick it up. Five Star service!!!
