BA Auto Care

BA Auto was highly recommended to me by a close friend who is a car enthusiast and engineer. I own a 2016 Fiat 500X Trekker, and BA Auto keeps her on the road without breaking my bank. They started with a complete inspection that took one day, then provided me with a maintenance plan with items categorized as much fix now, fix later, nice to have and not at all. It has taken some time, but we only have two items left to address and she will be good as new. I am very happy with the results.

BAA Auto Care provided the service requested for a fair price without any up selling. Just because I drive a modern German made auto doesn’t mean I want to pay inflated dealer service charges. I do however want my car handled by people that know what they are doing. BAA also passed the “dont steal my quarters test” which is more than I can say for the dealer!

This is my 2nd visit to BA Auto Care. I travel 1 hour from my residence to their center. The office staff are pleasant, organized, efficient, timely, they know who you are as soon as you enter the door, and are prepared to service you, to include rental car if necessary. Their automated system is excellent. You receive a text and/or email with a detailed status of your service needs, with photos, explanation, and detailed pricing. You have the option to approve/deny services via text/email. I yet to have any issues with my vehicle after service rendered. My vehicle runs smoothly. I have a 2015 Volkswagen Passat with 75k+ miles, and 6 months ago, a VW dealership told me that I needed a new engine. Six months later, I'm still driving my vehicle with the original engine. I had quite a bit of work done at BA Auto in Columbia Md. BRADY and his team delivered great service. The mechanics are knowledgeable and straightforward — they take the time to explain what’s going on with the car and walk you through your options without any pressure. I really appreciate their honesty and how they only recommend what’s actually needed. Their pricing is fair, the quality of their work is solid, and they got things done in a reasonable amount of time. My car came back running like it was brand new. The customer service is excellent. This please told me that I had a hole In the wall of my tire. I had previously had my oil changed and they told me that it was in a place that it could be fixed. They tried to tell me that I needed to pay approximately $500 to get a new tire. They ordered It for me. But then the more I thought about it, I didn’t go because I wanted to make sure that the hole was where they said it was. Upon taking it to another place, sure enough, the hole was not on the wall and it could be fixed. So I paid $25 and now my tire is great. No thanks to this company. This company lied to me and tried to get a lot of money out of me. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
