The Lube Center

I’ve been here a couple of times now and they NEVER disappoint. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Everyone always has a great attitude which I can appreciate. I dreadddd having to take my car in for any type of service but they make it so easy. Def my go to location for oil changes. P.S. Jimmy was awesome!

This is my go to for oil changes. I've been coming here for over 10 years. Staff is always friendly. You can sit in the comfort of your own car while the works being done. There is a camera underneath so you can watch on the screen best place for oil change in Columbia.

I come here regularly for my oil changes. But for this visit, my low tire pressure light was on. I stopped in even though I am not quite due for an oil change. They adjusted the pressure in all the tires and topped off my oil!! Everyone is always so friendly at this location- I highly recommend them!!

Lorraine was a very friendly customer oriented person. She was very professional from the moment my daughter and I pulled in all the way up until we pulled out the door. Darnell was excellent as the bottom tech during this experience as well. Both Lorraine and Darnell should get 10 star review for their excellent service. My wife and I used to go to the Laurel location faithfully but now we will be coming to the Columbia location for the reasons described above!!!!

Lorraine is absolutely wonderful. I was having a bad day and her kindness and competence was such a breath of fresh air. It was my first oil change experience where I didn’t feel taken advantage of I will always go to her when I need my car serviced.
