Residences at Vantage Point in Columbia - Senior Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care

I used to rave about this community when my aunt lived in Independent Living. The overall services and experience there were wonderful. Unfortunately, things have been very different since she transitioned to the Health Center. The level of care has been extremely disappointing. It is often difficult to get assistance, and there are long waits before an aide responds. Staff frequently appear distracted, on their phones or talking among themselves while residents are waiting for help. We have raised these concerns with leadership but unfortunately nothing has improved. Luckily, the company is changing management and the current Administrator and Executive Director will be out soon. We are hopeful that the incoming leaders from Broadmead will bring much-needed changes to address these ongo

The Residences of Vantage Point is a very nice community. There are residences from near and far living here and enjoying life. They have a friendly staff that is ready to step in to assist on a daily basis. Their Marketing department would be happy to welcome you to come in and visit the community.

Vantage Point has an outstanding team. Everyone I’ve encountered has been courteous, professional, and truly attentive. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely want customers to feel comfortable and supported. The overall experience has been consistently positive.

From the moment you walk in, the receptionists created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility is clean, while kept, spacious and modern. The staff and nurses are exceptional with around the clock care with patience, compassion, and genuine warmth. They treat every resident with dignity. There is activities that keep the residents engaged, active, and mobile. The dining gives a variety of choices of well balanced healthy meals. This is an awesome trustworthy facility and a vital part of the Howard County community.

This is a wonderful community! I have had the pleasure of associating with a few of the wonderful employees! They are caring, warm and wonderful all the time. The facilities are maintained beautifully, clean and welcoming to all who enter! Loved ones will be very happy here. I would highly recommend this for any loved ones! The decor is beautiful! They will instantly feel at home. They sure will enjoy the delicious food also!!
