Very unprofessional, if you don’t have inside connections, they don’t care about helping, I’ve tried to work with the shop multiple times with there being problems, And when work was done, it was never thorough or completely Without a hassle. Yes, they can work on German cars only the ones that own.
Awesome mechanic. My Jeep Wranglers issue (popping out if 1st gear and had many other mechanics scratching their heads) was quickly resolved. 2 years later and hasn't happened again. Babcock Tuning is a phenomenal business. Every time I go I'm welcomed with honesty and fairness. Very responsive and always let's you know ahead of time what the vehicle needs.
I couldn’t be more happier with the work I had done by Babcock Tuning, great service and a fair price. I will definitely be back in the future.
