Purchased this 2019 Ram from Baraboo BART is an amazing sells rep. Only owned the truck for three months might even be 4 now had problems with the truck since day one they fixed two of 4 problems with the truck charged me a diagnostic fee 280.00 when “I could have looked at it myself as I work at a shop” but figured that I was better off letting them look at it since I’ve had problems since day one. Management there are horrible liars the GM will not call me back nor respond to my emails I left him. Bought plenty of vehicles from them and recommend people to the. That will be coming to a end I don’t recommend them to anyone now they honestly don’t care

I was looking to get out of my car when I stopped here to look at a 2026 Jeep Compass. Cassidy was so nice and knowledgeable and made me feel heard!I am very pleased with my purchase and will go back there when it comes time to trade in! And by the way I've bought several vehicles from them and any time my cars needed services the service dept always took great care of my vehicles and me!

Over all great experience. Buying was super simple, no hesitation, no bull just straight up answers. I had two issues after I had the truck for a few days and the service department was 1000% spot on and took great care of me. Kim H was the best to work with in the service department.
