Phenomenal experience with these guys. Put my F-150 in a 6’ ditch across from Hunter’s Creek and expected significant damage and repair bills…Jacob was able to extract without a scratch or error light on the dash. Spent 90 minutes ensuring every move was done correctly and with purpose. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a wonderful experience with Kathryn the tow truck driver from Bach’s towing. She arrived shortly after the phone call was made. She got out of the truck with a smile on her face, that was nice. In no time she had my car on the truck and we were off to the dealership. She was a breath of fresh air, making my stressful morning less stressful. A joy to talk with. Very sweet and VERY knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kathryn if you can ask for her if you need a tow. When we got to the dealership I told them about the tow truck driver and how wonderful she was.
