Back Country Auto

My family and I were on our way to Vermont from Maryland when our 7.3 diesel Excursion broke down. Had it towed to a Ford dealership that couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Two other shops after that threw parts at the problem and still couldn't figure it out. Shawn's place was my fourth stop, and I'm glad I found him. Not only did he feel my pain and get me right into the shop, but he had the problem sorted out in 24 hours, for way less money than everyone else was talking about. Shawn really knows his stuff, especially with Ford diesels, and he's a decent, honest, stand up guy. I wholeheartedly recommend Back Country Auto, and I only wish I could find such a great shop where I live!

I was up the creek without a paddle visiting a friend from just outside Stowe. My axle shaft imploded, and the folks at Back County Auto were kind enough to talk me through it, find a part, and install it after hours. Thank you for being kind to the stranger and getting the rig back up and running! The help was appreciated. -John
