Polar Bear Towing

Jim is so great! My car was stuck in the mud on a Sunday morning and he came out within 20 minutes. He was friendly and his pricing was very reasonable! I highly recommend him and his services.

Jim is so sweet, such a nice guy. our car was stuck in some mud had to call the tow. He got us out in less than 5 minutes. good price great guy!!!!

I called Polar bear towing around 7:00 pm and they picked it up and came to where I was within 20 minutes. I had a flat tire in the side of the road. The tire I had was the wrong one so Jim went back to his shop and went to get the correct tire for me. Being a female in her 20’s and it was getting dark Jim called the police and made sure they knew I was there. He said he also has a 20 year old daughter and wouldn’t want her to be alone in the dark. he got back within 30 minutes, fixed it up and I was on my way. Great service. Very affordable. The place I called beforehand a dispatcher service they were going to charge me $180. Jim charged me less than half. A great service and very helpful person. I highly recommend you use this service.

Jim saved us yesterday. We were on a very icy road and went off in the ditch at a very bad angle. Jim showed up in 15 minutes and was able to pull us out in 10 minutes. Amazing skills and professionalism! Highly recommended!

Professional, Courteous, Prompt, and very reasonable priced. I've used Polar Bear Towing for both personal and business automotive emergencies and non emergencies for over 15 years; Nobody beats their customer service. Simply put, Jim is the best! General Manager, Innsbruck Inn at Stowe.
