If I could give this place no stars, I would. Dropped my car off there with a coolant leak the Monday before Thanksgiving. The guy told me they could diagnose and get me a quote within a week. One week goes by. I call, no response-voicemail full. I call every day the following week. No answer- voicemail is full. At the end of the second week I drive there so I can speak with someone. The guy at the desk has no idea who I am. After describing my vehicle and what was wrong with it he tells me, "yea, that is a big fix. We didnt know if you wanted us to continue with the fix or not." I asked him if they had a quote for me for which he responded, "No. We don't have a quote yet. Ill have the mechanic call you tomorrow." Guess what? Fantastic people who really care. Thank God. Highly recommended by this out of state 75 yr old woman from Florida. Quickly diagnosed, ordered the RIGHT parts, and had it all fixed and back on the road in record time. Everyone who walked in or out while I waited sang their praises as well. Note: If you haven't checked your spark plug wires lately for rodent destruction, and your car begins to buck and almost stall or fail to move at all, it'll pay in spades to see these guys before winter sets in. Their service is beyond great, they care and really went overboard to help me when everyone else in town just blew me off. I know everyone is getting winterized, but they STOPPED their busy day, did a great job, and I can't begin to recommend them highly enough. You will be thankful you called

These guys are awesome. They have been servicing my Subarus for a couple years now. They are fast and friendly and have the sweetest shop dog Lucy. The last job I had done came in a couple hundred below the estimate. Truly honest and work for the community. Thank you staff!
