I can’t recommend Back Door Tires highly enough! My car was towed miles away with two blown tires, and we arrived at a quarter to 6 PM — literally just before closing. From the moment we walked in, Andrew immediately took us in, helped me select brand-new tires, and installed them on the spot without hesitation. He was professional, courteous, and clearly cared about making sure my car and my son were safe. This level of service, especially at the end of the day and under stressful circumstances, was truly exceptional. I left feeling relieved, impressed, and confident in his work. Terrible customer service. Reliable source recommended this place, so I called and made an appointment. They insisted I drop my truck off early because it was a supposed 2-hour job. At 3:30pm, I call to check, they say it’s ready but never bothered to call me like they said they would . I arrive, pay, pick up my truck, and realize there’s no alignment sheet inside. I go back for it, drive off, and it’s way worse than before. Steering wheel is half turned just to drive straight. Brought it back, they put it on the lift again, said it should be set. Drove off again, it’s better but still off. Came back a third time, mechanic says he can try one more time but after that, nothing. Told me to wait while he works on another car. Left pissed off, down $100, and my truck’s worse. I’ll be paying tw

I went in to have my car realigned and get a new wheel. Obviously, I wanted the wheel attended to first as to not disrupt the alignment after the fact. Apparently, there was a miscommunication, even though every time I would get on the phone with them (at least three times) I would mention the alignment along with figuring out pricing on the wheel. Once it was figured out that the alignment was forgotten I was told I could come back in a few hours, and it would’ve been done. Which I did only for them to fake remedy, customer service saying that they weren’t charging me for the alignment out of the inconvenience of the whole situation. Only for me to take my car and realize the alignment was never done. Why the mechanic needed to lie and repeatedly tell me that the alignment was done when
