I came in just to have my Ford Explorer coolant checked, and they discovered that my water pump was leaking. They made me feel comfortable with the extent of the work. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was fair. I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend them!

I don't even know where to begin to review Baez Auto Care. I had an unexpected issue with my car this morning, so I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to have them scan the code. It was an issue that needed fixing immediately, and I was 2.5 hours from home. O'Reilly gave me their recommendation, and from the moment I walked into Baez Auto Care until I left, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I thought I was going to have to leave my vehicle and get a rental car, but they fixed it for me in less than 2 hours! I talked with the owner while my car was being repaired and found him to be so authentic. I can't say enough about this business - great mechanics, very professional, and so accommodating. This place is great. Ramon and Raoul tell you exactly what's going on with your car and give you a fair price. They clearly care about their customers and giving their customers a good experience. I've been bringing both my cars here for a year and a half and couldn't be happier that I found this place. I know whenever I bring my car here I'm going to get fair and friendly treatment. I wasn't able to get an appointment with the mechanic I usually use so I called a couple places until I found one that could fit me in the next day. I talked to Raul (the owner) and he told me that he had a full schedule the next day but he would squeeze me in. They diagnosed and resolved my issue in a couple hours. Raul and his son Ramon (a master mechanic) are super knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and reasonably priced. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.
