Champion Tire and Automotive

I took my 2005 Dodge Ram to Champion Tire & Automotive and had a great experience. Kevin (the owner), Danial in the front office, and Scott one of their lead mechanics all made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I don’t know much about automotive work, but they explained everything clearly and the pricing felt fair. They even let me see what was going on in the shop, and you can tell these guys are real mechanics—not just a quick oil change spot. I’m grateful to have found a trustworthy place and this is definitely my new go-to shop.

In all honesty, Champion Tire and Automotive is the best auto mechanic I have ever been to in both Virginia and North Carolina!!! Kevin and his team of mechanics are the friendliest, most transparent, and trustworthy mechanics I have met since I moved from Roanoke, VA to Durham, NC! Probably the most positive experience I’ve had at a garage. They were welcoming, informative/ educational, and communicative. I chose to go here for a check-up and some on-going maintenance based on the positive reviews. I’m glad I did and happily add my recommendation.

Really appreciate the detailed inspection process with all the photos reviewing all the major components of the car. Great customer service experience. Grateful they were able to work us in so quickly. Kevin was great. He runs an excellent business. They replaced alternator and discovered an oil leak.

This was my first time at Champion Tire. I needed an inspection done because I was tired of going to large chain shops that I honestly felt like were quick and convenient, but not quality. What I liked about Champion Tire on the other hand as my first time experience is that I felt like they were thorough and provided excellent quality customer service. First, I really liked the technology involved with booking with this shop. I think that the online booking feature is very easy to understand and is convenient. After my service I was also provided with a digital report that I could access to see pictures of the inside of my car.
