Awesome! When I tell you top notch service. Had to relocate my car with a dead battery and the car not responding to my key fob. The guys working are extremely professional and I know for a fact that he did more than what he charge me. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks!!

If they had been honest about how long it was going to take to get to me it would have been great. He was like “15 minutes”. I gave him some time (40 minutes) and tried calling but it went to voicemail mail, I texted and his excuse was that there was too much traffic. 30 minutes later, no response to my text and phone straight to voice mail. I called another service and they showed up and were up front about the length of time., This Company didn’t even have the decency to follow up, Be professional, good customer service goes a long way.

After a very disappointing encounter with AAA I called Bullcity and they provided efficient and helpful support in a timely fashion. Daniel arrived with the tow truck and he managed the entire towing himself with competence and friendliness. I would highly recommend them if you are in need

Saw them on Instagram—never thought I’d need them, but I was wrong! A relative of mine flipped a truck, and I needed someone to tow it. Bull City Towing got the truck back on its wheels and loaded it up on their own. Safe to say these folks are experienced and the best in the city. Give them a shot—you won’t regret it.
