Excellent customer service!! Carolyn ordered the tires that I wanted - even though it was a hassle - and made sure they would arrive for installation on the day that I wanted (the day before Thanksgiving). The guys in the back were more than accommodating for me and my furry companions during the install. The degree of customer service that everyone portrayed is a rarity anymore and was appreciated greatly. I will be a repeat customer for sure

Friendly, professional people. One of my tires was registering low pressure before our road trip to Grand Tetons National Park. I pulled into Bailey Tire to have it checked. Without an appointment, they immediately pulled the wheel off, checked it for leaks, reinstalled it and sent us on our way to enjoy the vacation. Great tire company, I would highly recommend them!

I brought my truck in with a transmission leak and, after my first visit, they figured they had found it. But I then drove it on a very long trip and it’s still leaked. So I brought it back in and they spent several days diagnosing it and didn’t charge me anything for the second appointment. They got it fixed and were more than generous and not charging me. Great staff and great team and I appreciate their work.

Had an issue with the battery of our rental car on our way from Jackson to Rapid City. Every other shop in town seemed to be busy all day, but Bailey Tire was available and treated us right. Had us back on the road in no time!

The service was wonderful they took lots of time helping me make my choice of tires helped with pros and cons and they gave me a fair price they where quick to get me in and out no complaints
