Firestone is amazing. Eric and Ed are always so helpful. They squeeze me in and take good care of all my cars and trucks. They recommend other places also if they can’t do the job. 5 star for sure!!!!
Desk agents super helpful at breaking down what your options are and pricing. Came in for 4 tires, needed some extra work bc it was the first time getting work done since buying the vehicle. Everything was thoroughly explained and accomplished. Cannot recommend this location highly enough, I'd give 6 out of 5 stars if it let me. Shout out Eduardo, Josh, and Aaron for being the best. Firestone on top.
Visiting the area for holiday unexpected tire issues on our Toyota RAV 2016. Eduardo and crew were fantastic inspecting our issue suggesting the tire brand for our car and explaining the process and time involved. 2.5 hours later were on our way enjoying the rest of our holiday weekend. So appreciative all around including the clean bathroom and comfortable warm sitting area. Most appreciative thank you Ed for your patience, professionalism, and wonderful direction today!
My kids were two hours from home when the tire blew. They got to the store a few minutes before close and Anthony and Eric stayed an hour late to make sure they were safe and on the way home. Excellent service!!
My wife took her cadilac to fremont firestone to get her rear tire fixed, She was then told that tire could not be patched because she used fix a flat and patch would not stick,.She was then advised she needed a new tire which was fine, She was then told that they didnt have her brand of tire (so all tires would match) and it would take 4 or 5 days to get it and that they could not put old tire back on, so she would be without a car for those days! my wife is a lawyer so she could not go 4or 5 days with no car. So needless to say she bought a bridgestone so she could get car back that day. This is un ACCEPTABLE basically held her car ransome eithe buy today or be days with no car Needless to say I will NEVER go to firestone again . which is a shame cause its only 2 blocks from her office
