Very happy with how my car turned out. Everyone was super nice, especially Katrina and German. There was an open line of communication and they always responded promptly. They made the whole process easy and stress free.

Wow...wow...wow!! This shop did such an amazing job fixing my car after a fender bender! They communicated very thoroughly and easy to comprehend! They were all so nice, from the front desk ladies to the hard working men and women on the mechanic side. They did a fantastic job in such a short time!! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody! Thank you to everyone for making my experience so good as it was my first time there.

Bakersfield Auto Body is terrific. If you are looking to get a car repaired, I highly recommend this company. The front office employees were very courteous and friendly. I felt very welcome. Everyone was professional and worked well as a team. I also like being updated on the repair by text message which kept me informed. The service was excellent. Previously, I have had incredibly positive experiences with Bakersfield Auto Body. They did a very well-done job.

Needing to take your car to an auto body shop is unfortunate, being able to have Bakersfield Auto Body help you through the process is fortunate. Now, number one, they do excellent work. Secondly (but seemingly equal when it eliminates frustration), is the customer service. Unfortunately/fortunately as described above, this was not my first experience with them. All the staff I have had dealings with have been wonderful--both pleasant and helpful. Navigating the road to repairs, dealing with insurance companies and their adjusters, tow yards, etc., is all easier with them handling it.

Why did we go to Bakersfield Auto Body? We have lived in Bakersfield for 82 years and have used them before. They do Excellent Work! Their painting skills are SUPERB! The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining questions I had. We delt with German who was Extremely helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable.
