I was having problems with my Jeep(purchased elsewhere) and I decided to take it to Jeep directly to get work done on it since I thought what better then the actual dealership. I dropped off my car on October 9, 2025 waited many days until I got an answer from dealership/ warranty. I did not follow through with the warranty since it was a 50/50 I would have to pay 8k out of pocket, but since they had done some labor I did pay $400 for diagnostic. When I finally picked up my car on October 18 I paid the $400 and my car was all the way to the end of the parking lot which I thought strange since there were so many spots open in the front. I have a newborn so I just picked up and drove straight home. When I go outside later that night I noticed a hit on my rear bumper, I only drove 9 miles to
