Brought my truck in for scheduled service,oil change, cabin and engine filter replacement, and state inspection got in at 10:30 and didn't get out until 12:30. Then I wanted to use my rewards points, and they couldn't connect to the website, blaming it on the strike😖. Maybe it might have had more to do with the non working tv and computers in the waiting room. So not only did it take 2 hours to do what a private garage would have done in an hour to an hour and a half, there was no tv to watch. Needless to say, I also missed my 12:30 appointment 😠

The service guys and girls are very professional. I had a gift card that for some reason didn't work and they completely helped figure everything out. They were patient and reassuring. They represent the Balise name well. Sales on the other hand need to learn who a customer is buying a car from, and it's Balise not Joe shmoe.

The guy Fran can do with some courtesy and leave politics and anger out of the job.He was such a nice gentleman in CSR before.What is all the toxicity now about letting customers know how he feels about Corvid? It was told to.me in a derogative manner.Sad this rhetoric is entering A lovely place as this establishment.Disappointed. But a great place..! Love you guys..

Last straw service department People watch out what services they say they are doing There should be cameras in the garage because you will catch them charging you for something they didn't do Worst service department ever that's why I will be switching to Central now with my truck service Central worked on my Corvette after Balise couldn't manage fix problem multiple times one shot central did a Perfect job Sales department at Balise is great But the service dept needs a reboot starting with service advisors people trust me go to Central Chevy you can sit in lounge and know you are being treated right

I was first in line for an inspection sticker and it still took 45 min. The longest wait ever for a sticker. Wouldn't go again. Lady next to me waited two hours for her oil change and it wasn't busy. Sorry hopefully I won't have to go there for service on my new car bought from a very helpful salesman at balise hyundia on Columbus Ave.
