I was in a pinch! My baby has been in the icu for a week I haven’t been to work an money is super tight my husband left to go home to take care of the other kids and hit a pot hole that was so big it should have its own zip code…. This also means he should have seen it but we won’t talk about that! The tire was shredded and he couldn’t push it as he would mess up the rim. Every other place we called wanted $285 to go a half mile. HALF.A.MILE. That’s not a tow price that’s financial terrorism but anyway This company came in clutch! THEY SAVED THE DAY SWOOPING IN LIKE BATMAN! A fair and reasonable price quick service and the best part the laugh of the whole situation that was shared! Ted and little Caleb towed my car and they were amazing! I was so stressed and they both made my night so much easier. Thank you so much guys and i will definitely call again if I need help getting a car towed.

Awww man, I got my self stuck in mud today 2/24/26 and Teddy came within minutes. Him and his little guy got me unstuck. They were super sweet and polite. Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend 🩷

My friend’s car broke down the other day while we were out, and of course it happened while it was snowing. We called several towing companies, but most weren’t running because of the weather or said they were too busy. Baltimore Towing Group was the only company that stepped up and helped us. They showed up much faster than we expected, especially considering the snow, and the driver was very professional and helpful. They safely towed the car to the repair shop without any issues. It’s rare these days to find a company that responds that quickly and treats people with respect during a stressful situation. We were really impressed and would definitely recommend Baltimore Towing Group to anyone who needs reliable towing service.
