I didn't actually have any work work done at this shop but I will say that the guy Jim that I spoke to gave me valuable and honest information that saved me about $15,000 because of a loop hole i didn't know about Maxcare coverage from Camax. A tow truck driver ruined my transmission by towing my all wheel drive Infinity QX55 on 2 wheels. I was recommended by my coworker’s friend to Charlie and Ray’s, and figured I’d try them out. I had a ton of work done by them today—several mechanical issues I’d neglected/wasn’t aware of because I hadn’t had a regular mechanic in a while—and I had a great experience. James, Lisa, and Jim were all kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating, even going as far as to shuttle me while my car was being worked on. They did a tire repair for free for me as well, which was kind of them. The digital explanation of possible repairs and things needing fixed was very informative, and I’ve never come across that before. I usually do my own work so I was nervous trying to find a shop around that didnt have a bad track record. I will say I am thoroughly impressed with my entire experience with this shop. They were quick to diagnose and repair what needed to be repaired. All for a pocket friendly price. The employees are very nice, honest, and easy to work with. As long as Charlie and Ray's is there they will be my go to for all my automotive needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. They are thorough and know what they're doing.
