Parts were supposed to be shipped out Friday overnight air. Didn't come Monday, called to find out why they still show them in stock. They can't ship anything because their manager is on vacation until next week "sometime". Poor business practice. Edit to response- 1/2/26- How you can help? They could cross train their employees so more than 1 person knows how to ship a package. I don't know how you expect customers to have their trucks repaired and back on the road when no one can send a part.

Everyone’s rude, mean and cold, and even though they’re open 16 1/2hours a day with a good amount of mechanics, they’ll NEVER have anyone free to to look at/Diagnose your vehicles issue the same day (or even the next day for that matter) . And honestly, for the 2 issues I’ve used this shop for, they both were good and fixed for about 5-6 months, then I’d have to take it to another shop to get the problem “permanently” fixed. So I guess overall it’s just very unfriendly staff, combined with slow and not the greatest quality “patchwork”. I can deal with one or the other, but when you have both, you’re just not good run mechanic.

Hats off to Baltimore Truck Center. One of the last places where honest service is what you get. I was stranded on a rainy day. Bill and Scott not only got me back on the road quickly, but explained what else needed to be done on my newly acquired Hino. Priceless service - FIVE STARS!!!

My truck is been sitting here for 4 days and still not ready yet. And is only a "Rege" problem. Most truck dealers take 1-2 days to done that. They work very slow. Plus the old dude name chuck speaks very rude. If you can don't come here ! ...

I wanted to say that I deliver trucks all over the country. I pick up brand new trucks and bring them to dealerships, warehouses, rental shops and fleet shops. I have had some really bad experiences with customer service and some good. But the service and help I received at this location was above and beyond. I showed up to drop the truck off and three sales guys came out. They didn't think it was theirs but after a few minutes they located the paperwork and it did belong there. They were all friendly and said not to worry we will get it figured out. The mechanics in the shop were super friendly and when I asked where I could wait for an Uber because it was pretty cold out, they brought me to the driver lounge. I have been many places and told I have to stand outside so that was a huge b
