Employees were nice, but you need to make sure they have a part IN-HAND if you're going to call in about something you need to make sure is in-stock. Said they had the part on the phone, drove 45 minutes out for the part, just for them to not be able to find it.

I had a very disappointing experience at the NAPA Auto Parts in Lithicum Heights, MD. When I asked to use my business account to apply my discounts, the woman at the counter refused to even look it up. As a business customer, I rely on those discounts and the account is supposed to make the process smooth and professional. Instead, I felt dismissed and as though my business wasn’t valued. I’ve always chosen NAPA for reliability and service, but this visit left me questioning whether my account and loyalty matter here.

Really appreciate the professional & friendly staff. This location has a very nice selection of parts in stock which is very convenient. Ordering parts online is seamless & the delivery drivers are always very friendly.

Ordered some parts. I was in a rush and didn't realize the guy behind the counter hadn't associated any of my personal information to the order and upon returning, a different member had to search through the backlogs to find it. A minor inconvenience all in all, and no harm nor foul. Napa is my go-to, and I appreciate having a new location so close.

This is my fave location. The store is like new inside and they always have what I need in stock!
