I had such a great, stress free experience with the Linthicum team! I came here after an accident, and I was so impressed in every aspect of the team's performance- Lynn was so kind and helpful, and David was so friendly, professional, and reliable during the process. They really seem to prioritize the customer here, and the level of expertise they clearly demonstrated on my car was so evident - I'm convinced the paint job they did made it look even sharper than when I turned it in! To top it all off, they have a close relationship with rental companies, so I was able to pick up and drop off my rental at Caliber rather than having to go back and forth and do that myself. Andrew and his team at Caliber were exceptional professionals! Everyone was easy to communicate with, and I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the entire process. There were no surprises, they showed me all my options, and my car was ready sooner than expected. Great turnaround time and great service—I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to others.

So I wrote a review 3 months ago & it got deleted I chose this location because of the positive reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. My car was stolen and recovered with minor damage only a small scratch on the back bumper and one scratched rim and my key needed reprogram. The car was otherwise in good condition and not crashed. I personally walked around the car with an associate when I dropped my key off for reprogramming, and the condition matched what I saw at the police station. After the tow company dropped my car off, weeks went by where our insurance kept notifying us that the car was “ready,” but every time we called or showed up, it was not. Austin was great and the receptionist (unfortunately, I forgot her name) was so pleasant. My vehicle was repaired quickly. It was done 2 days earlier than estimated. The work was great and when I picked my vehicle up, the paint was shining like it just left the showroom floor.

Great care and respecr were shown to me and my family after a major acident involving my uncle in Maryland. We live in the Hampton Roads area of Va which is a 3.5 Hr drive and they really took care of our needs in such a trying time.
