Bandera Paint & Body did an excellent job with both the repair work and customer service. My situation was a little complicated because I initially tried to handle things through my insurance after I had already dropped the vehicle off and paid for parts. Turns out my insurance company doesn’t like things done that way. That was on me. Victor stepped in and helped take over the process, and I know it probably wasn’t the easiest situation to sort through. He was patient, professional, and worked with me to get everything handled the best way possible. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were. Took 2 1/2 months to get my truck back drive it around for less than a month and the emblem falls off none of the body lines match they painted over bug spots didn’t even sound the surface they were paid over $7000 and I am not very happy and happy with their work don’t use these people just because you’re in a hurry and you’re overbooked does not mean you do work like this

I was broad sided and that sent me through a barb wire fence that ate up the front of my truck. The shop had to replace the front of my vehicle. They did a wonderful job replacing parts and the truck look brand new. Thanks !

I had a great experience today with Bandera Paint and Body. I needed to have a new front grill installed on my 2007 Expedition. Though very busy, “Victor” pulled some strings and immediately put my truck to work.The work was top notch, everyone was courteous and easy to work with them. I highly recommend them as they are a credit to Bandera.
