Rebecca was very helpful over the phone with my car battery and answered all my questions . Stan was very sweet and helped me with my battery. I appreciate everything and will recommend them to family and friends in the area.

I had suspicions my battery was dying so I stopped by in the morning before work to have it tested. Kim was wonderful! She tested the battery for me, helped me order a replacement, jumped my car (which had died since turning it off) and called me as soon as my new battery came in! I am grateful for her kindness and assistance.

This is by far the friendliest retail auto parts store in Bandera, the counter persons have been here for years. They're helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. Robert and Kim. Do an awesome job. There are others, I don't know them. They come and go. The prices are reasonable, and parts are of good quality. I miss that they no longer carry Wix. But sometimes that happens. A great small town shopping experience.

Not the best experience. They don't have a computer to read the codes even though I already knew the problem. Just wanted to be sure. They don't sell manuals anymore. They laughed and said don't you know your not allowed to work on your own car anymore? And I'm thinking then why are you still in business. Thank God I still have a warranty. I'll stick to napa and oriellies from now on.
