Some huge kudos to Vincent's Automotive. I took our 2019 Grand Cherokee in for an issue that I couldn't figure out. They fit me in this morning to analyze the symptoms. It wasn't anything that needed a diagnostics machine, but needed to be put up on a rack to look for a leak. Long story said short, they called me at the end of the day to tell me pick it up. It was a very simple fix and they didn't charge me a dime. If I ever need anything fixed on a vehicle, this is my go to business. The honesty and integrity speaks volumes not only them, but to our community as a whole.

I called Monday requesting a 7:30am appt for an oil change on Thursday, the employee said absolutely no problem, see you then. Show up at 730…and surprise no one is there. I called an hour later and he answered and said “oh I guess they slept in this morning” so then I proceeded to confirm my husband could come today (Friday) at 730 and he said absolutely and what do you know?! No one is there. Absolutely ridiculous. Their hours listed are different on multiple search engines but regardless an employee shouldn’t be doing this.

What an Incredible experience my wife and I had at Vincent's Automotive. We were advised by the dealership where we have routine maintenance done on my wife's car that an outer tie rod needed to be replaced, the quote given at the dealership seemed extremely unreasonable for the amount of work it would take to replace the part. I visited with Nicholas at Vincent's Automotive and the quote given was half of what the dealership was wanting to charge. I immediately made an appointment with Nicholas and upon completion, We could not be happier with the price and the customer service!!!!! Vincent's Automotive Treats You Like Family, Thank You Nicholas and Staff !!!
