Had truck side components installed on my new 2024 Chevy 2500. Provided them with factory wiring harness to avoid electrical issue (known issue on this model). Install went fine- except they didn’t “need” the harness. Well, first use I had the electrical issue. Turns out I needed the harness I provided. NOW HERE IS THE ISSUE; the harness is not the fault of Bangor truck. However, when I called to clarify the issue they were more than happy to sell me the adapter to fit the adapter the GM dealer was now installing- even though I already paid them to install all plow side components on my truck, after a very circularly conversation that this only happens on a few trucks (with known service bulletins and a OEM fix). Highly recommend staying away! Horrible customer service. Picked out a magnum rack with a strobe light for my truck. Was told the strobe light would be set aside with my rack. Fast forward three weeks it's appointment day. Drop my truck off at 7am . I was there until 530pm waiting for my truck to be done. They sold my strobe light and just threw whatever they had laying around. Not only that but I got hit with $625 just in labor cost!!!! Place is a rip off. Stay away!!!!! Shop around use Truck works! In response to you.. yes you did provide a light only because you guys sold the one I picked out, out from under me. I bought my first plow here and they have been so good helping me learn the ropes. Charlie was extraordinarily knowledgeable (and patient with me) when I brought it back this summer for repairs. A+++

Professional but a bit aloof. This place is more for the pros . . an average guy is kind of on his own here. They're helpful, but used to dealing with people who use their trucks for everyday work.
